Returns
Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. In order to continue offering you good prices, it is important to avoid returns. Fewer returns help protect your wallet and the environment. We rely on your cooperation in this matter. If, as a consumer, you are exceptionally dissatisfied with a product or it is defective, you can of course return it to us within 14 days after registering your return, or submit a complaint.

- After reviewing your return request, you will receive a return number (RMA) from us, which must be clearly marked on the package.
Note: Without a valid return number, the package will be refused and possibly sent back to the sender!
Note: Programmed components (e.g. locking cylinders, door fittings, etc. from SimonsVoss and SALTO) must be reset; otherwise, your complaint will be invalid, as these components cannot be resold. Non-reset components will incur a processing fee of €60.00 including VAT. - To avoid package loss or similar issues, please informally send us the tracking number from your shipping service provider.
- Once we have received your return, we will confirm successful receipt along with the refund of the agreed purchase price.
