We appreciate your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we inform you in detail about how we handle your data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is called up, the web server only automatically stores a so-called server log file, which may include the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volume, and the requesting provider (access data), documenting the access. These access data are evaluated solely to ensure a smooth operation of the site and to improve our offerings, based on our legitimate interest in a correct representation of our services according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data are deleted no later than seven days after your visit.
Hosting
The hosting and display services for the website are partially provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, all access data and data collected through forms on this website are processed on their servers. For questions regarding our service providers and the basis of our cooperation, please contact the contact options described in this privacy policy.
2. Data Processing for Contract Fulfillment, Contact, and Customer Account Opening
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of your order or contact with us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we need the data to process the contract or your inquiry, and without these details, you cannot send the order or contact request. The data collected is visible from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide for contract fulfillment and handling your inquiries according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.
If you have given your consent according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR by choosing to open a customer account, we use your data to establish and manage the customer account. Further information on data processing, especially regarding the sharing with service providers for order, payment, and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be limited for further processing and deleted after the applicable tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have explicitly consented to further use or we reserve the right to use your data legally permitted and inform you in this declaration. You can delete your customer account at any time either by contacting us via the contact options described or through a designated function within the customer account.
Order Management System
For order and contract processing, we use external service providers' order management systems. These service providers act on our behalf within a processing agreement. For questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation, please contact the contact options described in this privacy policy.
3. Data Processing for Shipping and Delivery
We pass on your data to the shipping service provider responsible for delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods, in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Sharing data with shipping providers for delivery notifications
If you have explicitly consented during or after your order, we will share your email address with the selected shipping provider so they can contact you to notify or coordinate delivery (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting us or the shipping provider directly. After revocation, your data will be deleted unless you have explicitly consented to further use or we are legally permitted to use it for other purposes.
