3. Data Processing for Shipping and Delivery

We pass on your data to the shipping service provider responsible for delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods, in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Sharing data with shipping providers for delivery notifications

4. Data Processing for Payment Processing

4.3 Credit Check

If we perform prepayment or credit-based transactions, we obtain identity and creditworthiness information from specialized credit agencies (credit bureaus). We transmit your necessary personal data for credit assessment to:

4.4 Identity and Credit Check for Klarna Payment Services

4.5 Installment Payments

For installment payments, personal data (name, address, email, phone, date of birth, IP address, gender) and transaction data are shared with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. They perform identity and credit checks using publicly accessible databases and credit bureaus. Details are available in PayPal’s privacy policy: here. The data is used to assess the risk of payment default and make informed decisions about the transaction.

4.6 Collection of Debt Collection Services

If a payment obligation remains unpaid despite reminders, we may transfer your data to a debt collection agency (Tesch mediafinanz GmbH, Osnabrück). This is to fulfill our contractual obligations and protect our interests in debt collection (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b, f GDPR).

The Trustbadge displays our Trusted Shops quality seal and reviews, and offers buyer protection after a purchase. It is provided by Trusted Shops GmbH, Cologne, via a CDN. Data such as IP address, access time, and transferred data are logged for security analysis. Data is deleted after 90 days.
