Stand-alone networked locking system

The SALTO Virtual Network (SVN) Data-On-Card is an easy-to-use system that integrates all physical security needs through networked, stand-alone, batteryoperated smart locks. The SVN platform provides the most up-to-date user access information for virtually all doors in a facility. This innovative, wire-free technology allows stand-alone electronic escutcheons to read, store and write information via its operating smart cards.

This data is captured from the user's key at wireless networked electronic locks / cylinders (There are no restrictions, any door serves as a hotspot. SVN-Flex functionality can be enabled on new SALTO latest generation electronic lock) or online IP SVN access points located at strategic points around the building. The “updating access points” download and revalidate user-related access plan information that is then used to permit or deny access. Manage and secure access control for all of your facilities right from your desk.

Check battery status (to optimize maintenance) and user event information in just a few easy steps. The exchange of information via RFID carriers is secured and encrypted. Simply by using the RFID card on the network, you distribute all the latest access information to the offline stand-alone electronic escutcheon, including the data on deleted cards, while at the same time picking up electronic escutcheon data like opening events and battery status.
