Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. In order to continue to offer good prices, it is important to avoid returns. Less returns will save your wallet and our environment. We depend on your support. If, as a consumer, a product does not please you or is defective, you can, of course, return it to us within 14 days after the return request or report a claim.


Please note the following procedure for a successful return / reclamation:

  2. After a detailed examination of your return request, we will send you a Return Number (RMA), which must be recorded on the parcel.
    Note: Without a valid return number the acceptance of the package will be denied and possibly sent back to the sender!
    Note: Programmed components (eg lock cylinders, door fittings etc.) of SimonsVoss and SALTO must be reset, otherwise your claim will be ineffective, as these components are not resalable. Non-reclaimed claims will be charged with a handling fee of 60,00 € incl. tax.
    Note: We charge a processing fee of € 80.00 including VAT for unjustified complaints.
  3. To package losses or similar To avoid this, please inform us of the tracking number of your shipping service provider.
  4. Upon receipt of the return we confirmed the successful return with the repayment of the agreed purchase price.
